About the Shinriryu Seikikai
The Shinriryu Goshinjutsu Seikikai was founded in January 2003. The organization has Tim Tung Shihan
of the Daitoryu Aikijujutsu Bokuyokan and Pedro Cepero Yee Sifu of Yee’s Hung Ga International
as komon (technical consultant/advisors).
The full name of the Organization is Shinriryu Goshinjutsu Seikikai (Truth Tradition Self Defense Method
True Character Association). We refer to the art as Goshinjutsu, instead of Jujutsu, because it is more accurate
assessment of what our purpose is as a whole, Self Defense.
It is important that it be understood that Shinriryu Goshinjutsu Seikikai is not a new art, just a new organization
to continue to promote and preserve the art Nicholas DiNapoli, Ryuso (pictured above) founded in Belleville, NJ
in 1965.
Shinriryu (originally Gen Lee) has been a mixed Martial Art system
since 1968!
Shinriryu is mixed martial art that is nearly 40 years old. In recent years, there has been a surge of mixed martial art systems,
all of which start with the premise that no one martial art can give you the complete picture. This of course is true and was the
basis of the life long work and martial study of Nick DiNapoli Sensei.
